Hello, my name is Victor Hardison, the proud owner of Dean's HVAC Services. My journey in the HVAC industry began when I was a young man, working alongside my father, who was a seasoned HVAC contractor. The wisdom and knowledge I acquired during those formative years served as the foundation of my own business, which I've been running successfully for over 16 years now.

Influenced by my father’s impeccable work ethic, I saw the opportunity to continue his legacy in my own unique way. This led to the creation of Dean's HVAC Services, a business established to serve the wonderful people of St. Tammany Parish. Our aim is simple: to provide our community with quality service while building lasting relationships.

When it comes to customer service, my approach is grounded in trust, honesty, and integrity. I believe in listening attentively to the concerns of my customers, understanding their problems, and offering comprehensive explanations to their HVAC issues. My team and I consistently strive to ensure our clients are not just satisfied but delighted with our service.

The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that we've done a good job and that our customers are satisfied. I deeply enjoy the sense of community we've been able to foster, meeting new people, and continuously building strong relationships. This is more than just a business to me; it's an opportunity to care for and connect with my community.

Outside of work, my time is spent with my family. We homeschool our children, which keeps us close-knit and engaged in each other's lives. Additionally, I enjoy participating in our church's local Bible study.

My family and I love that Mandeville is a welcoming community. It's family-oriented and tightly knit, which aligns perfectly with our values. We feel honored to have the chance to contribute to such a community, through both my business and personal commitments.
